Main projects:- Definition of the roles and responsibilities model and design of the E2E processes, adopting a cross-functional approach and focusing in particular the interactions between functions- Following the organizational changes adopted by the company, analyze and map the organizational structure, aiming at detecting potential mismatches and improvements for the new target model- Benchmarking analysis of Finance processes key metrics against comparable organizations and Process Maturity Assessment of Finance processes compared to industry leading practice- Design of the target operating model of the Real Estate department, in terms of processes, roles and responsibilities, governance, service delivery model and enabling technologies - Definition of the reporting model for a Real Estate company, both for the planning (budget, forecast, Business Plan) and for the controlling (e.g. variances analysis)

Main projects:- Definition of the new corporate structure of the Real Estate companies of an Italian investment bank, design of the target organizational model and of the step plan for implementation; support during the implementation of the target structure and model- Supporting a leading healthcare software provider in the set up of a Global Shared Service Center, after M&A operations, from the strategic options design to execution and go-live of the SSC

Main projects:- Redesign of the Customer Experience management system for an international Media provider through customer research with digital focus groups and quantitative surveys, customer Journey and business process mapping with integrated front-back view, VoC analysis and listening model redesign, Organizational changes to adopt a customer centric culture - Definition of the enterprise-wide Intelligent Automation strategy for a Food & Beverage multinational company - Analysis and detailed mapping of the Finance processes for a multinational company, identifying cost saving opportunities also through Intelligent Automation solutions

Main projects: - Start-up of the Digital workforce implementing RPA technologies to automate various processes for a multinational manufacturing company, by conducting Process Analysis and Functional Analysis of business processes eligible to be automated - RPA technologies implementation across various back office processes in different manufacturing companies - Robotics (RPA and AI) opportunities discovery, assessment and prioritization for a fashion company- Analysis and re-design of organizational structure and processes after the implementation of a new ERP for a multinational company- Target Operating Model definition (Organization; Processes; Technology; etc.) and gap analysis performance for a multinational company- Assessment of a multinational company line of business evaluating the BPO option, i.e. BPO market scouting, BPO tender preparation and conduction, BPO Provider selection- Analysis and detailed mapping of a multinational company, identifying cost saving opportunities also through Intelligent Automation solutions
