Luca Bertoli born in Milano the 30° march 1962 started to feel and live the Milano Design Production World in the family company FULL.. Before the university studies developed the capability to understand how function and material could find value in form and representation transforming usable object in design and architectural pieces developing own project in furniture, hotel outfitting and exhibition construction.1987 University Master Degree in Building and Construction Engineering at POLITECNICO DI MILANO developing studies in sustainable construction with low carbon impact.1988-91 Work with Zanini and Sotiris Architecture & Engineering. Developing construction projects for Underground transport, Airport and Infrastructures in Milano areas.1990 Founded its own independent Project Company working with/for Prof. Fabrizio Schiaffonati, Prof. Oliviero Tronconi, Prof. Franco Albini, growing his experience in Offices and Residential Building Projects.1992 PHD graduation in Project Management at POLITECNICO DI MILANO developing research in Computer integrated Building and IT systems integration in Urban and Construction development.1994-2004 Founded a new branch in the family business “CAREDI” specialized in Hotels, Naval, Retail and Commercial Malls turnkey outfitting production and installation in international Projects.2004-09 Sessional Professor c/o Politecnico di Milano Architecture University. 2005-09 Join the BBB&R Associates, with as a Founder Partner, developing projects in Retail and Real Estate development. In 2008 was in Asia for projects for Italian Brands in China and start-up projects for the Shanghai EXPO 2010.2009-10 Join Ar.De.A as Principal Consultant to manage project for the Politecnico Di Milano Lecco Campus and Luxury Real Estate.2011-19 Called by CeAS Milano as Principal Consultant for Due Diligence, Technical Design and Construction Coordination Survey/development forFondazione PRADA Museum in Milano, with a special focus on the High-Quality Cinema-Theatre multifunctional building. In these last years developed and managed projects for Luxury Residential Building, Hotels, University, Shopping Centres, Parking.2015-16 Attended the IMM Master in Information Modelling Management and was part of the CeAS team for the B.I.M. implementation in the company procedure.2017-Present Still working as Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano Architecture University with Prof. Elena Germana Mussinelli.2004-Present Still working as independent consultant in Engineering -Architecture -Design -Project Coordination
