Responsible for the effective sourcing and procurement of all components needed for Ferrari’s prototypes and pre-series projects.Supervise direct material purchasing for Low Volumes activities such as: - Tailor Made projects; - One-off /Few-off cars ; - Ferrari Classiche (historical vehicles shop); - Racing (not including F1); - Spare parts and aftermarket; - New models development and experimental vehicles.Manage and monitor all sourcing activities among the Ferrari suppliers in order to meet the Development Team expectations and target costs.Develop and optimize the supplier panel.Define the procurement strategy for the different categories and make sure it is in line with the Series Purchasing strategy.Work on process definition and optimization.Analyze the market to find and develop new suppliers to guarantee the best price and access the new technologies available on the market.

Manage the whole Ferrari/Maserati supply chain. Internal and external suppliers providing material for engines production. Develop synergies with internal customersManage the internal material flow in the mechanical shops (engine shop, machining center and foundry/forge center). Design material flows, packaging and monitoring parts’ traceability and integrity of material trolleys. Leader of the “Lean Supply” project created to meet demand while minimizing stock levels.Manage and follow-up mechanical sub-contractors required to support engine shop production. Monitoring and optimization of the stock level in order to reduce the working capital. Expendable and C class material manager.Manage the supplier panel through performance review and KPIs.Supervise introduction of design modifications and PN upgrade while reducing obsolescence. Member of the Ferrari Engine Quality Control Team.

Manager of customer accounts for piece parts and engine modules repair in the Engine Shop.Responsible to monitor and report to the customer engine tear-down activities. Main point of contact to coordinate the repair activities among different areas in order to guarantee that the planned shop time would meet contractual TAT and customer expectations.Manage and monitor sub-contractors repair activity.Revision of contractual obligations and quotations for external customers.Disputes management.

Responsible for the claims and the management of materials needed for all engine maintenance and APU projects. Supervision of supporting activities to the engines' workshop operations performed by the SCM : purchase orders, repairs, exchange, inventory management, equipment and indirect purchasing.Single point of contact for suppliers and major engine manufacturers.Negotiate and manage the commercial terms with major suppliers. Benchmark alternative suppliers to develop strategic purchasing.Work on synergies in the Jet Aviation Group in order to improve efficiency

Follow-up the parts sent to third parties for repair in accordance with the production planning.Be the main point of contact in AMS and establish productive relationships with suppliers. Ensure the steady flow of material to and from the engine workshop.Support inbound/outbound material process (delivery sheet, customs clearance, dangerous goods declarations, certificates validation and external couriers management). Prepare internal KPI and monthly reports to monitor the performance of suppliers in terms of time, cost and quality.Materials handling and clarification of disputed invoices.

Manage Ferrari engines' material supply chain. Manage internal and external suppliers. Manage the internal material flow in the mechanical shops (engine shop, machining center and foundry/forge center). Design material flows, packaging and monitoring parts’ traceability and integrity of material trolleys. Leader of the “Zero Mancanti” project: to make sure 100% of parts are available while stock is set to target value.Manage and follow-up mechanical sub-contractors required to support engine shop production.
