- Implemented a hiring program from scratch, defined the company culture, and built a fully-online international team spread across 6 countries- Managed financial planning and forecasting, fundraising and investors relations, raising a €80k pre-seed round- Oversaw product development and user research, creating a community of beta-testers and growing overall app downloads to over 4,200 (+600%)- Created and oversaw the Art development team, structuring the creative process- Grew partnerships with several esports organizations and networks, with a total following exceeding 300k- Learnt Python from scratch, then coded a script(~800 lines) to automatically query our database and create PDF reports for our content creators- Conducted business research, identifying competitors and defining appropriate responses

- Provided training assistance to dozens of entrepreneurs in the acceleration program- Conducted several 1-on-1 research interviews for a world-first research study on entrepreneurship

- Determined the investment viability of inbound projects by conducting due diligence checks, including market landscape and sizing, competitive analysis, financial viability. Scope of projects focused on medical, but also included retail, art, consumer goods.- Independently developed a comprehensive business plan (30+ pages) for an investment initiative

- Assessed Moi's Equity Value, providing a benchmark for the subsequent Seed Round- Facilitated fundraising activities by developing relationships with potential investors and industrial partners- Developed a financial model that outputs P&L, Statement of Cash Flows, Capitalization Table, and calculates Break Even and Mark-Up Prices- Conducted competitor analysis, proposed mitigating measures against external risks, and identified potential growth opportunities for Moi- Conceptualised and presented various pitch decks at investors' meetings and events, including the finals of The Mark Challenge 2020
