Nowadays employed in the purchasing office of Permasteelisa Spa as Quality inspector.My tasks are analyze the specification from clients, transfer them to the suppliers, help the buyer in checking the technical attachments of the supply agreements, check the production process and the final product supplied.At the moment I'm involved in the supply custom made and/or natural materials like:- Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC)- Brick faced GRC elements- Limestone- Timber - Terracotta claddingFrom 2015 to 2018 I was employed in the Materials office giving advices to the technical department and preparing technical documentation both for projects and internal training (ie. about stainless steel finishing, corrosion matters, GRC, timber and terracotta). The instruments calibration was under Materials office responsibility too.In that period (2015-2016) I went to China to check the 100% of PVD finishing on AISI 316 steel.Around 2500 sheets (2 non conformities on site),material used for The Vessel in New York City.The material was checked from the coil to the coated sheet, the acceptance criteria were defined and a series of tests (characterization and quality assurance) were performed both internally and in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano and Università di Udine.From 2013 to 2018 (merger between Permasteelisa Spa and Permasteelisa Interiors) I was employed in Permasteelisa Interiors in Qa/Qc office helping in the controls of materials as furnitures, material stone, glasses. I helped in the preparation for the ISO 9001 certification too.
