Preparation and issuance of Annual & rolling forecast-oriented to dimensioning of the maintenance department and the availability of the necessary spaces. Position involved in the analysis of billings to customers and costs control related to all maintenance activities performed. Planning responsible for all activities carried out on the aircraft and their components. Responsible for the evaluation and management of all work orders (necessary labor, spare parts, availability of technical documentation, downtime agreement). Responsibility of four resources to manage maintenance service centers warehouses in accordance with Part 145 regulations and to ensure proper logistic support to the activities. Organizer and speaker of regular meetings with the different business functions to establish priorities and future programs.
