Evw Holding has invested in opening the largest TRP dealer in Europe being a new service concept dedicated to repair multi-brand semi-trailers and trucks as well as for the sale of TRP parts. From 2019 Evw Holding sells 50% of the share package to TH Trucks, Belgium.Responsibilities:- Operational opening of the dealer: hiring directly productive and non-productive staff, analyzing the initialstock of partsproposed as well as the purchase of tools and service equipment, responsible for the RAR authorization forthe workshop andITP station;- prospecting and customer segmentation for the new service;- Actions for improvement the client fidelity;- reaching budgets;- from 2020 responsible for the development of sales of used trucks.

- Organizing and coordinating the sales department of the workshop department and sales of parts / tires through appropriate means and policies.- Supervising, analyzing and optimizing the activities of Service and Sales Parts / Tires.- Ensuring and keeping in touch with service insurance companies. - Tracking the receipts with the financial-accounting department to meet the due dates.- Providing support for sales activities in each sales department.- Monitoring interdepartmental projects and keeping in touch with clients inside and outside.- Representing the company in its relations with customers - Identify the market, its structure, potential customers and their real needs for achieving of the target- Active involvement in set up and development of the team of parts and tires sales.- Continuous monitoring and control to achieve maximum financial return.- Constantly looking for profit-generating solutions and combating competition.- Preparing the reports required by the superior manager.- Responsible for implementing the Kaizen process.

- Develop sales and marketing activities for the three departments (Multibrand Trucks, Renault Trucks and Heavy Machinery Dressta);- Manage and follow a development plan;- Responsible for post-sales activities: new contracts for the workshop and spare parts sales, contract negotiation, customer loyalty and relationships with them .

- Network animation on spare parts sales, service quality and services(workshop & warehouse) activities ;- Sales target negotiation with dealers (final decisions at hub level);- Analyze and follow-up the KPI’s for efficiency, profitability, sales;- Action plans with dealers linked to parts business and service quality and services (incl. incentives & discount);- Implementation of marketing/ commercial plans;- Training needs definition;- Customer care (.: visites and active reception) & Service quality,Service efficiency & productivity ; - Follow up action plans on customer satisfaction; - Support roll out of tools upgrade and new projects;- Manage area spare parts & service field force;- Prepare & secure operational plans and action plans ;- Follow up and consolidate Spare Parts activities;- Identify & prioritize service ( workshop & warehouse) efficiency& productivity improvement;- Analysis of profitability and service development plans (workshop and warehouse) with field strength;- Consolidate/ report Spare Parts and service results at hub level ;- Solving the transformation requests on trucks;- Discovery the potential for new Renault Trucks dealer.

Opel, Chevrolet and North American Chevrolet Responsible:- Supervising the decisions and proper management of warranty works;- Ensuring correct drawing of warranty documents;- Sending warranty requests in the Opel/Chevrolet Company’s system; - Tracking Opel/Chevrolet warranty requests and drawing invoices;- Responsible for fulfilling the tasks given by General Motors regarding cars recalled by the service department for the remediation of manufacturing defects (REWORKS);- Maintaining the communication between General Motors and DI-BAS regarding technical problems.Spare Parts Consultant:- Direct sales to customers;- Making competitive offers according to customers requirements;- Centralizing parts orders and informing customers about the parts arrival;- Launch parts orders in the Opel/Chevrolet system and follow-up;- Realization the stock with high rotation parts;- Delivery the parts to the workshop;- Search for alternative spare parts instead of original spare parts with "stockouts";- Making regular invetarelor.Receptionist Service:- Scheduling clients for repairs;- Reception vehicle before entering to the workshop;- Open repair orders with customer complaints;- Monitoring vehicle during repairs;- Closing of repair orders and sales promotion through active accessories.
