- Training & Examination Manager regarding Easa activities in APAC region

- Using CRM (Customer Relationship Management - Database) to contactaviation contacts regarding their needs and assets required to keep their fleetin the air (i.e. Engines, APUs, Landing Gear, aircraft spare parts, etc.).- Develop and expand business relationships with aviation companies and PACEGroup International.

The responsibilities are as follows:1. Managing customers on daily basis regarding quotation and schedule of the courses2. Oversee the knowledge examiners and the practical assessors for the compliance withthe procedures regarding:- Organisation of examinations and assessments;- Security and the preparation of examination material;- Preparation of examination environment;- Conduction of knowledge examinations and of practical assessments;- Marking and the record of examination and assessments;- Storage of examination and assessments records.3. Inform the Training Manager of any negative trends to ensure that remedial actions in a timely manner;4. Advise the Training Manager of any required changes in knowledge Examiner and / or in practical Assessor personnel;5. Cancel an examination or an assessment not in compliance with the approved procedures informing the Training Manager and the Quality Manager

- Conduct examination sessions related to a Part-66 module- Check and prepare classroom for class activities- Prepare instructional materials and lesson plans according to the requirements- Support instruction using appropriate tools - Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students- Conduct courses and activities for internal and external students locally or at customer location- Provide reliable, effective and accurate administration of courses- Prepare student to the level of the required regulations for B1 and B2 category- Assure the efficiency, high quality and reliability of training services- Support projects and activities in relation with training and company development- Update all necessary records accurately as required by NAA and EASA regulations- Update with developments in teaching resources and methods- Ground Instructor for BT, seminar and reviews regarding EASA Part-66 licence B1 and B2 (Module 01 to Module 17)- Ground Instructor regarding OT (EASA PartM, EASA Part21, Human factor)

Main duties and responsabilities are related to: - Quality and auditing support, reporting to the Quality Manager regarding EASA Part M, EASA Part145 and EASA OPS department - SMS manual and risk assessment support experience- O.M.M.E. and OPS manual revisions- Occurrence reporting annual revision - Preparing documentation for the issue of Airworthiness review certificates supporting ARS staff - Aircraft maintenance planning for AS350 B1, B2, B3, AS355, EC 135, S269 helicopters for both scheduled and unscheduled inspections within Part M department- Turbomeca ARRIEL, ARRIUS, Rolls Royce and Lycoming engines maintenance planning- AD, EAD, SB, PA assessment and implementation with the company maintenance software, checking regularly EASA, FAA, ENAC websites- Recording and updating aircraft/engine Log books after maintenance inspections - Weight and balance / Form C documentation management- AS350 and EC135 Minimum equipment lists revision- Pilot checklists revision for AS350 series and EC135 helicopters - Updating Flight manuals, MSM Airbus Helicopters, Turbomeca, Engine documentation for AS350 series, S269 and EC 135 helicopters - Performing Part 145 tools calibration - VEMD downloading and data analysis- Material purchasing and storage support- STC Part 21 certification experience and support
