I have always worked within where my passions lie and these multicultural and multidimensional passions centre themselves around art and food and everything that surrounds that; cooking, sharing meals, creating situations and spaces. In recent years I have become particularly interested in the philosophies and approaches to Natural Wine which incorporate an organic and biodynamic way of living and growing fruit and vegetables. Business is in my blood and I am very intrigued by new concepts of how we can engage and thrive within the new economic world that is unfolding. I would love to say that I love sea swimming in Ireland but I am working on it.
