Designed and implemented from scratch the company’s risk management framework on more than €1.5B of AUM, also developing an innovative econometric model able to perform up to 10,000 simulations (based on the Monte Carlo method) of a given set of KRI.

Analyzed and executed more than €500M of real estate deals and related debt facilities, building all financial models and drafting investment memos and presentations for IC and BoD approval.Directly involved in the €1B acquisition deal of the Pioneer Investments Italian real estate branch (first ever Italian M&A transaction on real estate asset managers), allowed Torre to become one of the most important RE Italian asset management companies.
