I have always had a passion for horses. They are strong, elegant, persevering, but also unpredictable and impetuous. Horses are powerful, endowed with a strength and tenacity that belongs to few animals. But at the same time they run lightly, cutting through the air and overcoming obstacles, as if nothing could stop them. I have worked with horses for 13 years. 13 years in which I have learnt so many things, about them, about people, about myself and about life. Working with horses has taught me so many things: from the simplest activities such as cleaning the horse, to the most complex ones related to maintaining the horse and galloping. Working with horses has also taught me to be like them: strong, persevering, passionate. And these are the values I pursue every day in my work as CEO.In 2011, I founded ADD Group and my life changed. I decided to use my strength and perseverance for a passion, to help women and men find the ideal product for their specific problem. In 2018 my life changed again: I founded Donkid SRL. A new tool created for today's world, the online world. A new company founded to help online users with their needs. I worked as CEO in ADD for 13 years. 13 years in which I learnt a lot and 13 years in which I was able to teach as much. 13 years in which I was able to implement everything I learnt from working with horses, years in which strength, perseverance and the ability to overcome obstacles never left me. Today, as in the past, my aspirations are focused on customer satisfaction. I seek the best: in the products, in the contributors, in the team and also in myself. I aim to bring my companies to compete in Europe, without setting myself any limits.In my daily life, I am a family man, a husband and twice father, I am passionate about motorhomes, skiing and, of course, horses.
