While in the past I have specialized in ERP migration for accounting modules, my main focus today is on technology migration. My task is to make sure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. So I need not only to design the right working procedures for the Warehouse team, but I'm also involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.So I need to understand and guide the whole supply chain to coordinate it effectively, liaising with suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
