Main responsibilities:- Support to management operations: opening and closing of the fiscal system, control of the store KPI's through the retail dashboard- Ship from the store management and online customer order fulfillment- Head of the net promoter system (customer feedback collector)- Preparation, replacement and care of the footwear department- Complete customer service from a business perspective- Receipt, processing and storage of the products

Main responsibilities:- Autonomous management of the footwear department- Sales floor management- Internal transfers between other stores- Customer web order management- Cash management
