Systems: When I started working at this company, I had to familiarize myself with different systems, such as Business Central, Magento, and Excel. Resultingly, I am now specialized in these systems with regards to product management. Moreover, I have learned how to efficiently familiarize myself with new operating systems. Strategic decision making: At the beginning of this year, the strategy for 2023 had to be developed. During the quarterly meeting I was responsible for analyzing the different strategic decisions that could be made to reach the goals for 2023. At the meeting I proposed a priority scheme of the different strategic decision based on the resources invested and the expected results. After this meeting, I was invited to join the director and their strategic consultant in a meeting concerning the KPI’s for 2023.

Team building: During my time as Area Promo Manager for three different Picnic hubs, I have managed to build several teams, with which I worked on promotion events. Moreover, I have been able to use this experience during my studies, as many projects were team based.Stakeholder conversation: During this time, I maintained relationships with different stakeholders, such as hub managers, event organizers, team members, and companies.
