Mathematical Engineer working in Industrial Automation for the last 11 years.I started my job journey In Festo as Pricing & Data Specialist with the responsibility for the definition and the development of Pricing measurements and statistical KPIs product and sales level in order to set specific targets to extract value from customers on profitability level (with pricing strategies) or volumes development (with Cross Selling and other statistical marketing analytics).Then in Bonfiglioli, as Global Pricing Manager for BU Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industries, I joined an international environment leading the HQ Pricing Team to develop a global strategy from pricing perspective, starting the project for a “Single Pricelist Strategy” for all the different Branch Offices of Bonfiglioli, managing the maintenance of the WW Pricing Structure for the BU.I also developed a Pricing Monitoring Tool, a BI platform to monitor and act on Pricing results for each customer/product sold worldwide and I’m in charge for the roll out and deployment of it in all the countries where Bonfiglioli is present for Business Unit D&P.Information and insights coming from the analyses of Pricing HQ Dept. have been crucial to face the tough period that the whole world is going through from the point of view of raw materials price increase, utilities and transportation costs.With the synergistic work between sales, product marketing, purchases and pricing departments we have been able to modulate the pricing actions to be in line with market demand but having the possibility of not eroding the Added Value of the BU.Now I come back to Milan and in Parker Hannifin, as Pricing Manager for The Sales Company South EMEA, I'm responsible for the support and development of Pricing Actions for all countries of SC South with the focus to define Pricing Strategies that fit the different situations in all the involved countries.
