I joined Abbatescianni e Associati in 1996 as a partner where I led the Employment and Industrial Relations Department. Ten years later, I became a Founding Partner of LABLAW one of the most recognized Italian employment Law firm.I have also been recognized by both the Italian academic community and professional associations as a leader in my field and I am often asked to lecture at universities and at conferences, in addition to being asked to sit on committees.
