I'am mainly in charge to guiding and coordinating the activities of the functional teams in the areas production, engineering, logistics, production planning, quality, control, management and human resources, collaborating with the respective company functions. I' am responsible for overseeing systems in Europe and monitoring industrial KPIs and the performance objectives of the main company functions. I participate and contribute to the development and implementation of the international business development strategy for the Group.

I'm deal with of Operations areas: coordination and organization of all the productive activity of the company: management of departments and planning area, organizational flows; personnel management, safety and environment. Procurement/Logistic/Supply Chain: co-ordination and supervision of procurement and stock flows, maintenance of industrial plants, with autonomy on the choice of investment and industrial strategies to be implemented in the short and long term. Technical Department end R&D: organization and management of the entire technical and R&D departments, from engineering of the product and process to the choice of new technologies and responsibility of the quality system. Commercial Department: managing and developing contracts and relationships with external partners / agents in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Area Manager .

I manage the whole Technological and Engineering area in the following fields: definition of engineering work based on contractual requirements, management of relationships directly with the clients, support and control of production area in general – identifying critical problems and taking necessary corrective action.I draw up for hi-tech and technically evaluate the suppliers’ offers regarding the plant, machinery, products and materials for production, following all activities included negotiation and general agreements. I am responsible for the realization of products within predetermined time and cost, whilst coordinating the plant’s work and resources. I participate in the defining of a project with clients and plan the stages of manufacturing – this work often takes me to Europe, USA and Asia - I promote the integration and exchange of information during the various phases of the project. Verify the time/cost of each single phase of production, identify the cause of possible delays and intervene directly with the Head of departments so as to reach the set target. Recognize areas of risk in the project plan and suggest technical/organizational solutions to manage them.I am part of the Research and Development team and a member of the GIO (Internal Organizational Group) looking after the organization of the control and development work covering the Production, Supply and Logistic areas.

I have been in complete charge of the entire Technological area of a leading European company in the production of electronic components (250 employees). I was originally taken on by this company in 1996 to follow the technical analysis of products, production planning and coordination of purchase management.In 1998 the CAD/CAM technical office was added to my responsibilities.

Employed as a Technical Sales Manager of a company with 60 employees, producing passive electronic components, I later became the Plant Manager dealing directly with the owner of the plant about production, procurement and commercial aspects of the company.
