About Luca Grosso

I was born in Biella, and I am 54 years old. During my textile career I have worked for an interesting cross section of some of the finest and well known worsted woollen mills.( see below). In so doing I have been fortunate to have gathered a broad and in-depth knowledge of the cloth and clothing industry. This special experience has allowed me to become also a textile design and product consultant.

    From December 2013 I started a new collaboration with Escorial (breeders of wool sheep Escorial, New Zealand). The goal is to create a fabrics collection (made in UK) with production control from sheep to fabric. I'm manage the worsted fabric collection and follow the sale in US, Italy and China . The product is very fine (16 microns) and our target are the very sophisticated and luxurious fashion brands.
