• To liaise with CEO and identify trading objectives in order to incorporate those objectives into the trading strategy.• To establish objectives and targets with team members and regularly track progress against those targets, taking action to get back on track where necessary.• To develop working practices, rota management and live schedule to ensure consistent delivery of all trading services.• To coach the team in order to improve and develop performance.• To train the team in order to improve personal skills – one week per month.• To focus on customer needs to identify future development opportunities and work closely with Marketing and I.T. in order to deliver those opportunities.• To meet (via conf-call) with head of marketing on a weekly basis to analyse our sportsbook offer against competitors, discuss and develop marketing campaigns.• To monitor liabilities across all sports on a daily basis.• To monitor and profile customers according with their behaviour.• To monitor individual performances on a daily basis from both live and pre-match point of view.• To monitor settlement performance.• To ensure content team publish the full sportsbook offer.• To liaise with service providers (Betgenius and Betradar) and report any issue.KEY RELATIONSHIPSCEOHead of marketingHead of ITHead of CSHead of FinanceLegalTrading TeamContent Team
