Developing software in Python to analyze and interpret data gathered during video recording, processed using the DeepLabCut Neural network.Working with rat and mouse model organisms. Using wild-type and knockout rats for Dravet syndrome and Fragile X syndrome (FXS).Modelling Circadian rhythm patterns as an abhorrent phenotype in knockout rats.

Restocking supplies, running literature searches at the request of the PI and researchers in the lab, preparing basic chemical solutions (ie: agarose gels for electrophoresis), keeping the lab clean, assisting with various techniques performed in the lab (ie: assisting with perfusions, sample preparation for microscopy, etc.)
