French Oenologist, born and raised in Barcelona. Studied Oenology and Viticulture in France, Toulouse and Bordeaux, I ended my studies with a Master delivered by the Faculté d'Oenologie de Talence-Bordeaux. I then worked in France, Italy and Spain in different wineries and projects. I became technical manager in Chile for Francois Lurton and successfully converted the vines into organic viticulture, and was appointed as South American Technical manager based in Mendoza for both operations in Chile and Argentina. After 7 years in the same company I decided to leave and take a year off, travelling in Asia and Africa which allowed me to start my own projects...:HODGKINSON. Family project based in PRIORAT, Estate owned wines and organic grapes, we focus in delivering a true and unbiased taste of our origin with just enough intervention to re-interprete the Priorat while we increase microbial activity in our soils. 6 Ha in production and planning to plant 2 more in the next 3 years. WILDMAKERS. Started as a consultant project helping small scale wine producers in Chile and Spain and since 2014 we are elaborating our own wines from San Javier - MAULE, with over 100 years old vines of ungrafted Cariñena, Garnacha & Pais. We seek honest expressions of ancient viticulture with modern understanding of wine in our elaboration steps. PROBULKWINE. The wine trade was never about bottles until very late in our wine history. Bulk is also the future for a sustainable wine market. We entered this niche looking to deliver quality and origin for our partners and now we are looking to fo further while we certify our production and whole operation to Neutral CO2 Footprint. The future starts now with organic wines produced with 0 emission and delivered with 0 emission.
