As a managing consultant of Hub Nijmegen, I am currently responsible for all 14 consultants that are studying in Nijmegen. My work involves making sure everybody from my Hub is motivated, works on a project they are happy with. Additionally, my main challenge is to create cohesion among every consultant from the Hub, without having a physical office in Nijmegen.

As manager of the Human Capital department within Student Consultant, I am responsible for a team of about 15 consultants. The goal of Human Capital is to ensure the well-being and fast development of all consultants working at Student Consultant. In other words, I am responsible for setting goals that will accomplish an overall feeling of well-being and a solid development track for every consultant. Furthermore, I motivate and guide my team to accomplish our goals within the limited time span of 4 hours a week. Lastly, my role within Student Consultant means that I am part of Student Consultant's management team. This position allows me to help shape the strategy of Student Consultant.

During my time as Student Consultant, I have complete multiple projects as a Business Intelligence Specialist. As a BI Specialist, I combine data from different sources, such that it can be used in dashboards. In turn, these dashboards are used to facilitate operational and strategic decision-making. My activities within the companies in short consist of data modelling, writing SQL queries, and modifying dashboards.
