• Participated in the creation of a small tourism company during two consecutive summers.• Helped create the company website using WordPress and participated on the management and accounting. • During my shifts, I helped the company increase its sales and improve its EBIT margin by a better monitoring of the boat skippers, rethinking the way trips were organized and establishing a pay per seat system.

I then undertook the preparation and interpretation of financial statements under the supervision of the director of the center.• Created summary tables of the financial situation in Excel.• Built educational documents under the supervision of a professional in management and adult education. These documents, delivered in Word and PowerPoint, have been used for the training of 100 people.• My final task was the translation of a dozen training and educational documents (French -English), accounting to around 100 pages.- This experience gave me an insight into the financial workings of a company, allowing me to use my knowledge to understand the information used in the accounting process, where to gather it and how to interpret it.
