About Luca Leonardi
📜 I graduated in July 2017 from the ITIS Avogadro institute as an IT expert.💻 Immediately after high school, in October of the same year, I started an internship as a Junior Java Developer at RGI Group, in which I was in charge of managing SQL databases, testing web services and writing Java code for an insurance framework.📚 After 6 months, at the end of March 2018, I finished my internship and I understood that backend programming wasn't my way, therefore I started to participate in various projects in the digital field, until, in November 2018, my application at ITS ICT Piemonte (https://www.its-ictpiemonte.it/) for the Interaction & Visual Design course has been accepted. Thanks to this 2 years course I now have a 360 degree education about UX/UI, graphic design, web development and marketing strategies.🎹 Parallel to the course, I started a Master in Electronic Music Production of 6 months, ended in April 2019, at the end of which I obtained the official Ableton Certificate (https://www.gammamusicinstitute.com/).📱 As soon as I finished the course, a global pandemic exploded. I started working remotely with a great Senior Full Stack freelancer, with whom I collaborated for one year on web and mobile projects for various clients.🤖 During the first 2020 lockdown, I have combined all those skills and passions about coding and graphic together in a single interest: game development. I use the Godot Engine to create 2D games, check out my projects on my Itch.io page!🏠 I worked full remote for almost 2 years in a small company called Cognitio, in which I was in charge of both web development and UI design, using React and Material UI and working on a big management software for one of our clients.🏖 My next adventure takes place in the Canary Islands, where I work as a Javascript Game Developer, developing HTML5 games and gamification solutions for our clients.💼 If you are curious about what I did in ITS, check out my online portfolio:
