-Executed and presented a professional thesis on hydrogen in the steel industry : 1) A theoretical framework to analyze the decision-making context of steelmakers, focusing on the strategic positioning of production sites near resource hubs, benchmarking decarbonization pathways, and evaluating investment-related risks.2) Based on a concrete case study for a major GRTgaz client, decarbonization scenarios were developed to assess the role of hydrogen in the strategic decision-making of the steelmaker3) Assessed the viability of each scenario using a multidisciplinary approach, integrating economic, political, and technical analyses. This evaluation was informed by insights from key industry events (Green Steel World Conference, European Steel Forum), and interviews with leading industry experts.=> Formulated strategic recommendations for GRTgaz, emphasizing their positioning within steelmakers' decarbonization portfolios to drive hydrogen adoption and green steel market development.-Completed market studies: hydrogen use in key industries (training deliverable) and e-molecules (opportunity study)-Supported CEF-Energy applications (European grant applications) for our 7 H2 & CO2 projects.

Its objective is to initiate the green hydrogen mobility market in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes through the construction and operation of hydrogen charging infrastructures of the "ZEV" project dedicated to light and heavy mobility.
