After a first bachelor degree in Archaeology, I realized that my talent lies in the legal field. So I enrolled and completed a five years Law degree; once graduated I worked in law firms and notary offices and I simultaneously attended both Specialization School in Legal Professions and Notary School in Milan to enhance my legal skills, especially in the field of civil law and corporate law. In order to sustain myself during my studies, I have worked as event coordinator for several companies (FIAT, Lavazza, Sky, Tim and others) and as free-lance manager of assignment of luxury cars on loan for use in Jaguar Land Rover.During 2016 I worked in a law firm in Rome as legal trainee and, after I passed the bar examination in September 2016, as a lawyer.From December 2016 untilm July 2019, I worked in "DAAN Associati" as Legal and NPL Legal Counsel, where I specialized in banking law, "executive process" and debt collection. Through this work experience, I had a chance to continue my professional growth in the Legal firm NOLEX, where I am the senior attorney and I particularly manage the executive process sector of the firm, I coordinate the team and I supervise the training of the legal interns, in addition to all my regular duties.The main clients I follow are UniCredit S.p.A. (and doBank S.p.A.), Trenitalia S.p.A. and Allianz S.p.A.From August 2020, I also work with Legal Firm Crivellari & Partners as external consultant, managing a portfolio of around 200 positions of non performing loans, both "sec" and "unsec".I master "EPC Ex Parte Creditoris" and "Phoenix" management softwares.I think I have excellent communicative, organizational and interpersonal skills; I am an intuitive person, precise, resourceful and friendly, able to carry out tasks as independently as in team. I consider myself a capable leader, always ready to take responsibilities, support and motivate my team. I can make fast decisions when needed but I am also flexible and open to the team's ideas. I prefer stimulating and active situations, where I can challenge myself and use my ability to reach my goals in a collaborative and exciting context.
