AISP for an Italian fintech start-upDefine the concept of an AISP solution, including: Value Proposition, potential customers and Business requirements.The project was managed through the agile methodology, with a cross-functional team composed by: the product manager, the designers and the developers.3. PSD2 & Instant PaymentsIdentify PSD2 and Instant Payments strategy for an Italian mid-size bank.The scope of the project included: business case definition, vendor selection and the AISP-focused app prototype creation. Moreover, the scope covered also the new Instant Payments service (SCT Inst) price setting.

Mobile payments strategy for the main Italian payments providerSet the mobile payments strategy for the main Italian issuer and acquirer.The project result was a new mobile payments product.
