As a dedicated PhD researcher sponsored by Dav Coil, a leader in heat exchanger manufacturing, my work is pivotal in bridging the gap between experimental research and cutting-edge technology in the field of electronics and automation. My research project is focused on developing innovative heat exchangers aimed at decreasing the footprint of industrial processes, with particular emphasis on pillow plate heat exchangers.Key Responsibilities:- Experimental Design: I design and run experiments to understand how pillow plates work, making sure we collect accurate and reliable data.- Sensor and Microcontroller Development: I design and use custom sensors and microcontrollers to gather precise data, using my electronics skills to improve data quality.- Data Analysis and Modeling: I analyze large sets of data using Python, creating models to predict how heat exchangers will perform based on their shape and size.- Machine Learning Implementation: I use machine learning to predict heat exchanger performance.
