• Managing top world class carriers contracts, KPIs mgmt. to meet Biz expect. Transport claim & vendor recovery key player.• Company Representative at GSA (https://globalshippersassociation.com/) All Modes negotiations, sharing strategy and target price to meet saving expectation, strong relationship with other big Customers for volume leverage. • Key player with legal support to manage Routing Center Outsourcing Contract, KPIs definition, saving target.• Managing Custom Contracts with Customs Brokers• Manage Sourcing Supplier approval process & on site inspections. • Managing Fob/Fas Italian Port Contracts.• Managing Big Project Transport Contracts (i.e. Gorgon Chevron project).

• Managing Routing Center & carriers contracts, KPIs to meet Biz expect. Transport claim - vendor recovery key player to meet target. • Manage All Modes transports end to end, coordinated with operations.• Support Business in bidding phase for Transport cost estimation/risk.• Support & test Oracle Transportation Module go live.
