Luca Marziani is based in Rome and he’s one of the first member to have joint UP THERE, EVERYWHERE in 2011. Since then he has worked for successful marketing and branding campaigns for major clients such as Polaroid, Dako, AAA Science Magazine, Galderma, Ascom, Holland Government and many others. Among these, a significant client is Galderma, as it is a long term client and thanks to many years of working for them, Luca gathered an in-depth knowledge of the customer that allowed him to deliver effective and successful work from branding campaign to social media. Another interesting project that Luca and the UP team has worked on is the creation of a poster and advertising pages for AAA Science Magazine and The Human Protein Atlas (HPA), the aim of the poster was to tell a journey within the subcellular compartments of a single cell providing a highly effective way for HPA to get their story across. 30,000 copies of the magazine were distributed with the poster as a pull out.For Holland Government he worked on an interesting and inspiring project named SUD (Sustainable Urban Delta) designing a brand argumentation book commissioned by the Holland Ministry of Foreign Affairs.He is highly motivated to work in an international community as he is firmly convinced that different cultural perspectives always give an added value to each project. Thinking this, he, of course, contributes in every project with his Italian creative perspective and experience gathered thru three decades in the advertising industry.After graduating in 1991 in Communication and Graphic Design in Rome, he moves to London where he works at the Mighty Mouse Communications, Julian Stubbs and Eric Dowell’s advertising agency. He stays in London for three years.In 1994 he returns to Rome and for the next ten years he works, as a Senior Art Director/Creative, in some Advertising Agencies in Rome and for major clients: P&G, J&J, Playtex, Bulgari, Q8, AVIS and others.In 2005 he founds his freelance studio DNA Comunicazione in Rome and since then he has worked both for direct SME clients (national and international) and for advertising agencies.A significant international client is the Middle East Desalination Research Center for which, over the years, he works on several projects such as websites, newsletters, brochures, CD-ROMs and more. In 2009, as Creative and Art Director, he is part of an European scientific project called Ristomed and he creates the whole product image.Luca loves writing thriller stories and published his first novel “A Complici Passi di Lupo”.
