More than 15 years in advisory firms supporting several departments (Finance, Risk, Operations, IT).Since 2024, I am appointed as Country Manager for Wavestone Italian entity.Since 2022, I am responsible to lead the Finance InfoTech topics for Insurance International clients at Global level.Since 2010, I am focusing in the Insurance Industry, supporting transformation programs for several insurance companies in the Finance area, both at subsidiaries and head office level.In my career I was involved in go-to-market, pre-sales, delivery, project e change management activities and, in the last years, with the responsibility of administrative, operative, economic and team management aspects.I have a deep knowledge in managing major transformation programs driven by regulatory requirements (mainly related to Solvency II and IFRS17) or aimed to increase the efficiency of the end-to-end reporting process for managerial purposes.Other expertise are related to: change management, target operating and governance model, gap-analysis based on new regulatory requirements, process map and re-design, software selection, new software implementation.In terms of IT competencies I have a focus on SAP application for Finance area.I worked on: IT system landscape definition, data governance and data quality, business requirements and functional data model design for Corporate Performance Management, Datawarehouse, Reporting & Data Visualization tools.
