Involved in the creation for a tool for Automation Test Management. I was participating to the creation from scratch of an Automation Test repository for all Ericsson BSS products. The repository was fully integrated with Jira for test management, with CI/CD gitlab pipelines to automate most of the processes and it was having web GUI developed with Springboot.My role was E2E SA, participating since the beginning to the product design, collaborating to draw all processes, use-cases and automation flows. Then I became responsible for Devops (gitlab CI/CD) part design, implementation and maintenance for the product, and I even had the opportunity to collaborate to the GUI design and implementation (backend using Springboot).The project was fully managed with Agile methodology, and I daily used Jira for project tracking, Confluence for documentation management, Xray for test management.

Involved in the creation for a tool for Test Automation for Ericsson Billing System on a pilot project for T-Mobile Austria. My role is to plan activities and lead an international team of 8 people to meet customer deadlines on test cases releases. I applied my SCRUM (SM Certified) knowledge to manage activities in an agile way. Moreover, I used agile tools for project management: Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation management.

Currently i'm involved in a full stack Program for Telco Operator. My role is Solution Architect in the building of an automated configuration tool spreading initial configuration data on all the nodes of the architecture including billling, charging and catalog systems. I'm leading a team of 4 people (India and Italy) + 4 more, depending on workload, (based in Canada).My job includes technical advice in developping, team coordiation, manage software releases, defects and change requests.

I was involved in the building of a Data migration tool for Telco industry. The aim of the project was to allow data migration from any legacy system to different target systems: billing, crm, charging system, catalog manager system. I had the opportunity to contribute to the final solution helping in the building of the tool itself and in the integration with heterogeneous target systems (Oracle Db, SqlServerDB, in Memory db).Pentaho Data Intagration was used taking advantage of dashboards to build a user friendly GUI. The solution contained also a workflow manager to orchestrate processes of extraction, validation,trasformation and loading phases.The project was managed with Agile Scrum Methodology.

Configuration and maintenance of Ericsson BSCS billing system by development of an automatic massive configuration tool. Customer needs analysis and billing configuration implementation for POSTEMOBILE telco operator. Reconciliation reports. Configuration and automated test engine implementation.

I was involved in the Fraud Management System porting project for TELECOMITALIA. I was responsible for doing the reverse engineering from the old web application, writing technical specifications, developing the new software (frameworked web application). I had the opportunity to start leading a small team of technicians. In addition, I could participate in modeling the solution and I could coach colleagues in developing it. Moreover, I was responsible, for a while, of managing and dispatching defects in the System Integration Test Phase (using Jira ticket manager).Used Technologies\tools: Oracle 11, Weblogic 12 Application Server, PL/SQL, java 1.7, ejb, JPA, Hibernate, Ant build, jsp, Extjs(3.4), Quartz Scheduler 2.0, lo4j, Svn repository.

I was involved in a huge program to provide to Etisalat (main Telco Operator in UAE) a new BSS solution. This solution included a new CRM (SIEBEL) and Order Management system, a new Billing System (Ericsson Billing), Data Migration and integration with satellites systems. Specifically, i was part of Data Migration. My role was to understand customer legacy system, map it into new CRM and Billing systems and build migration engine. I was involved in customer meetings to draw Low Level Mapping between legacy and new Crm/billing data structure. Then, we developed a PL/SQL migration engine to execute all the migration phases (Extraction, Cleansing, Validation, Transformation, Upload, Sanity Check).We finally performed Dry Runs to tune migration engine and then the real migration with a 98% success rate. Moreover, at the end of the project, during the handover phase, I had the opportunity to coach the customer on the solution maintenance.

I was involved in a project for Intelligent Network Provisioning for TELECOMITALIA. The web application was developed using MVC pattern and a custom framework to build the GUI. My roles were reverse engineering the old software, analyze new requirements and include them in the new software we were developing.Used Technologies: Oracle 11, Java 1.6, JavaScript, WEB/XML, j2EE, PL/SQL, Apache 2.2, Weblogic 10.3.4 AS, Quartz Scheduler 1.8.

Mainly worked for customer TELECOMITALIA. I was involved in a wholesale billing project. The aim was a porting of an existing standalone billing application to a web one.My roles were reverse engineering the old software, analyze new requirements and include them in the new software we were porting.Used Technologies: Oracle 9, Java 1.3, JavaScript, Jsp, j2EE, PL/SQL.
