- IS ARCHITECTURES: internal study and analysis of IS architectures focusing on the role of MES and its interconnexion with other softwares, developement of frameworks for IT/OT convergence and models of integration and deployment of new technologies in an IS- TRAINER: As part of a project to transform manufacturing control practices of a company in the nuclear sector, development of training modules on business processes and application of tools (Dassault suite: 3DX and Apriso). Activities include reengineering and conducting training sessions.

- IT TOOLS: implementation of a dataset and dashboards on Power BI for the women's ready-to-wear production, purchasing and quality teams- PRODUCTION: performance monitoring of collection deliveries to increase launch rates in shops- DATA ANALYSIS: providing analyses for management, production and purchasing teams, using Power BI and Excel- DEVELOPMENT AND STANDARDISATION: project monitoring of standardisation processes, prototypes and fabrics usage analyses- IT PROJECT MONITORING: optimising the BU's IT files and tools in collaboration with an external IT consultancy firm- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: follow-up of several transversal project such as a RTW Women stock analysis study, organisation of a team building event and quality-related projects- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: follow-up of an environmental benchmark of suppliers, follow-up of the Maison's "zero plastic" project
