• Do initial assessments for my client workload (30) to sketch out the rehabilitation objectives and outline the daily treatments.• Follow standard protocols and guidelines of rehabilitation while carrying out daily treatments.• Meet the multidsiplinary equipe weekly to outline the progress of each patient and give assesment results that the physician reports in the medical chart. • Write a discharge letter for each client reporting initial assestments, all the treatments done and the final assestments. • Discuss with the physician the progress of the outpatient hand therapy clients and provide specific rehabilitation for each client.• Follow a professional ethics and confidentiality guidelines.
