Il Project Work è un’attività didattica che permette agli studenti di mettere in pratica le conoscenze teoriche acquisite durante il percorso di studi attraverso la realizzazione di un progetto concreto. Il Project Work è particolarmente rilevante per la formazione professionale alberghiera, poiché permette agli studenti di lavorare su progetti che rispecchiano le vere esigenze del settore dell’ospitalità e della ristorazione.
