From Oct. ‘11 i‘m working for Johnson Controls Automotive S.r.l insorced at July 2015 by Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager. The role foresees the leadership of the team of CI Managers, lean implementers and black belts of Yanfeng Interiors Italian plants, Serbian and Slovakian. The duties of this role are:•Establishes C.I. Profit Plan and subsequent Forecast goals; Drives team to achieve.•Working under the framework of Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement system, assess current state performance, identify gaps, visualize and establish a plan to get to the future state, monitor progress and share/acquire best-in-class ideas and systems•Coaches CI team, including department or plant staff, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and other CI practitioners (Green Belts, Lean practitioners, KT practitioners) to apply correct tools and the DMAIC milestones for continuous improvement.•Identify gaps in Best Business Practice Metrics (BBP’s), and then work with all levels of the plant in establishing and executing a strategy for improving them•Using standard tracking and reporting systems, will prepare detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality, and savings goals.•Assist Plant Manager in any strategic initiative that will help in compliance to standards, implementing new systems, and designing creative solutions that will continuously improve the plant.•Drive the teams of plants involved in WCM light program required by customer

From February ’10 to Oct. ‘11 i have worked for World Class Manufacturing Development Center (WCM Center FGA Mirafiori Plant) as WCM expert for Fiat Group manufacturing system methodology (World Class Manufacturing is an organizative method using the continuous improvements of company performance through all the company levels involvements, drive the logistic manufacturing cycle to the maximum excellence; involve all the production system processes in order to eliminate losses and wastes using techniques of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, total industrial engineering, total quality control and total productive maintenance). The task of Process engineeer foresees the team leadership and management to design and start up the manifacturing processes of automotive suspension systems (welding and assembly processes) respecting company targets of cost quality and time to market. The role has involved with design department in order to give contribution to robust produc/process design in term of techincal standards and specification to reach the best results in qauality and productive terms, manage and drive the launch activities of new product or modificated ones, suggest process and product improvments to reach efficiency and cost savings, drive the technical team to produce process and product validation creating the necessary documents according to Fiat and Iso standards.

The task as engineering manager for automotive seat systems has foreseen the leadership to manage engineering team in order to design and start up the manufacturing process/product, the maintenance system and team in order to reduce the lead time, the plant maintenance aspects and the information technology team leadership. The role to manage the other companies processes in order to reach the companies targets in term of costs, quality and time to market with Total quality and Total productive maintenance tools and philosophy according to automotive and ISO standards.
