I coordinate the educational activities of the school. I elaborate the new curricula, new textbooks and I manage the training of new instructors.

Thanks to its versatility, Walking Program® is an easy learning exercise suitable for people of all ages and fit for all different needs. In fact, thanks to its peculiar characteristics it can be used to maintain a state of well‐being (fitness e wellness), to assist and integrate any diet program, to structure pre‐athletic and athletic training schedule, to help rehabilitation in post‐trauma and post physiotherapy therapies and to prevent aging related pathologies. The union among exercise and music turns simple walking movements into a captivating and exciting training program which will allow instructor to create and organize group classes which will enhance technical and choreography results. Walking Program® is the right answer for innovation needs within the fitness world , the new and revolutionary training method which offers the opportunity to carry out and effective and fun physical activity. IWS, Italian Walking School, was born in 2006 in to promote educational guidelines and National unified training program didactics.

La mia attivita' consiste nell'attuare il progetto di benessere dei miei clienti. Lavoro all'interno del cemtro che dirigo e mi avvalgo delle più moderne tecnologie per valutare lo stato di forma delle persone che si rivolgono a me (impedenziometria, plicometria, optojump, accelerometria) e applico i principi del training funzionale per garantire risultati efficaci e duraturi.

La mia attivita' consiste nel rendere attuabile il progetto sia atletico che di benessere dei miei clienti.
