As responsible for the Product Management and Service departments, my main responsibilities are:• Definition and maintenance of the company’s AM product portfolio for Marine, Industrial, and 2-wheeler markets.• Product and Technology Roadmap planning and Product benchmarking.• Conduct comprehensive market and competitors’ analysis including Industry-related and technological trends.• Actively supported the buy-out and transition phase from Continental to Veratron.• Monitoring the development of new products from the concept phase to the market launch.• Expanded the pre-existing aftermarket product portfolio to the industrial market opening new business opportunities to the company.• Successfully conceived and launched the company’s VMH premium product line of engine monitoring displays.• Responsible for leading and developing the entire Service structure composed of more than 80 locations worldwide.• Support to the sales and marketing organization for new OEM acquisitions with product introductions.• Responsible for the French / Spanish / Portuguese sales accounts.

• Gather and analyze project requirement from internal and external stakeholders and prioritize them to meet project goals and deadlines.• Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and provide support in resolving conflicts or ambiguities.• Manage changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.• Continuously improve and refine the Requirement Management process.• Acted as Technical Project Leader (TPL) for several entire projects.• Successfully lead a task-force to implement and achieve the ASPICE certification at our plant, working closely with other Continental locations worldwide.

Acting as project interface between several italian OE automotive and 2-wheeler customers and Continental worldwide R&D and production plants for the development of instrument clusters / ECU / multimedia devices.

Field engineering and service support for new projects at customers, mainly for the marine electronics business (instrumentation, satellite antennas and multimedia). Among my responsibilities were the customers' requirement analysis, electrical system drafting and support throughout the deployment.
