• Help hotel partners to improve performances on Expedia using proprietary tools and platform. Provide technical adjustments to boost online presence and increase hotel revenue;• Configuration and new setup of products (rooms and rate plans) to reflect and respect the hotel identity;• Onboarding calls and activation of new affiliates with full review of content and rates;• Manage hotel calls and emails, help to solve technical and customer related issues;• Educate hotel partners to self-service using Expedia extranet;• Deliver ad hoc trainings and webinars to new and existing affiliates on how to use the extranet.

I worked as a reservation agent (managing TO reservations and direct reservations via Accor TARS) and I assisted the front office manager in his back office duties (managing front office schedule, assigning rooms/services to guests via Opera PMS, etc)
