I have six years of work experience like Field Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineer. I work on Steam turbines installed on Oil Gas Industries. I was also involved like Machinery Engineer and Field Service supervisor for three type of different maintenances that were operated on Fincantieri Turbines ( major overhaul, cold parts check, hot parts check). I worked on cold parts check: during this control all bearings of Steam turbine and Gearbox( journal bearings and thrust bearings, ecc) were dismantled and reassembled after visual, dimensional and non-destructive controls (use of penetrant liquids and micrometer for internal). During the assembling of the bearings I worked on calibration of vibration probes and I verified the correct functionality of temperature probes . I also was involved on hot parts check overhaul : safety valve and regulating valves of steam turbine. During this work these valves are disassembled and reassembled, after dimensional and non destructive controls. I worked on major overhaul during the turbine case was opened and rotor and diaphragms ( stator parts) were extracted and repositioned with the use of comparator and axis for the alignment of diaphragms. I made the change of steam seals on stator part and I verified the contact of the seals with the rotor.. Also I was able to disassemble and reassemble HSS Coupling between turbine and gearbox with the the use of the pump for hydraulic fit of the hubs on two shafts. I worked two years at Eni Cova, such as field machinery engineer for the commissioning and maintenance of Steam Turbine . I worked like site manager for construction and maintenance of the waste incinerator of A2A Energy, based in Milan. I was involved in management of vendors on site, I took part on technical, contractual meeting with Project Manager, to explain him technical aspects for the optimization of cost control with the objective to satisfy the customer. Fincantieri was EPC contractors for the all power and chemical plants, so I supported all vendors for the operations of their equipment supply, to finish the job and to reach the cost objective. During the commissioning I participated as a coordinator also as a technician. I followed the charge of oil in the case and pipe assembly of steam an oil. I followed the phase flushing oil of the circuit, steam blowing and the alignment of turbomachinery. I followed the calibration of safety extra-speed equipment. Also I followed cables beating, verification of utilities functioning, electric calibration of the temperature and pressure probes.
