Current• definition of qualitative and quantitative KPIs relating to performance and production costs of biorefineries and circular economy businesses;• economic verification activities, together with planning and control function, and authorisation process for investment initiatives in the biorefining and circular economy business ensuring the consolidation of investment proposals and budgets;• support to the engineering units for technical assessment and investment monitoring activities;• supervision of the industrial activities of subsidiaries and affiliated companies.• ensure, in conjunction with the relevant Eni units, the ;• analysis of the performance of the indicators against expectations, pointing out any deviations and points of attention and proposing consequent actions for improvement;• consolidation of biorefineries and circular economy businesses investment planning and budget proposals, guaranteeing the necessary flows to the involved functions.
