We are Luca Scardulla (Architect, age 28) and Federico Robbiano (student of architecture, age 25) both from Genova (Italy).In September 2013 we decided to start a collaboration to develop our projects, joining craftsmanship skills with international design experience.For we are young and dynamic, we are still defining our way in architecture. We strongly believe that, starting from the idea, the best way to approach architecture is simply to build it; turning your concepts into immediate constructions.We are working on different projects as carpenters, with the goal to deeply understand the relation between the design process and the building process.As carpenters we have developed a strong passion for wood and natural materials. We may not have the skills of an experienced "old style" carpenter, rather we are able to apply the architectural "way of thinking", combining both approaches in order to solve the design problem the best as possible. In an area that is mostly about renders, 3d visualization, digital drawings, we believe that coming back to the "analogic" way is essential.
