The original program, totally in-house generated, has the aim to calculate the monthly overall of the Operational Expenses of Intesa Sanpaolo Group.2. Starting from the figures received from the Accounting Department I am directly asked to determine the consistency of the monthly accruals for the critical cost types (Marketing, Consultancy, ICT, RE and Back Office).3. IFRS principles application impacts on the amounts booked within the balance sheet in order to help the Accounting Department to build the Re-classified Balance Sheet.In this position I went through the technical skills linked to the Banking General Accounting System and the relevant ICT and Debit Cycle (SAP) issues.

Intesa Sistemi e Servizi Position: Junior ControllerThis company provides ICT, Logistic, Real Estate and Back office services to:- Central Functions departments within the holding buildings- Branches spread upon the national regions- Subsidiaries controlled by Banca IntesaMy job consists upon the maintenance, management and sometimes on the implementation of the Access tool supposed to calculate the product costing by single cost type: external providers costs, internal activity expenses, labour cost and depreciation. The final outcome of this process was to give the demand manager of ISS the figures to achieve a correct pricing number for each service provided by the product factory. The other big issue of my job was the monthly Spending analysis driven by an external provider vision, in order to maximize the Operating Profit according to the Service Level Agreement requested by the holding of the Group. The complexity of the management rules of this legal entity are useful to understand the items linked to an European Banking Group as far as dimensions are concerned.
