I am a very committed, enthusiastic, reliable and honest individual with over 20 years experience within the food and beverage industry as a Chef and Group Executive Chef. I have experience in prestigious hotels in the UK and Italy. Great level communication skills. I am profit focus and driven to succeed within a fast paced, target driven environment. Over the past 2 and half years I made the change from Hospitality to Education; working for the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust as a Catering Manager at first, looking after the Food & Beverage operations in a large secondary school with 1400 students and 140 staff and as of last September 2022 I stepped up to Cluster Catering Manager retaining my secondary school as well as gaining 10 primary schools in County Durham. Along with two other Cluster Catering Managers we oversee over 40 primary schools and 3 secondaries (soon to be 5!)

Develop, implement and maintain induction procedures for new team members.Ensure team members are trained to the required quality standards which comply with the Company’s health and safety policy/emergency procedures to meet statutory obligations.Carry out 4 then 10 week reviews with new staff and six monthly Vibe chats with existing team members ensuring issues raised and training needs identified are dealt with appropriately.Maintain regular and effective briefing and de-briefing sessions with your team members.Welcome and facilitate business and organisational changes
