Full set-up and implementation of the whole Log & Supply processes according to MSF standards & procedures in the Anzoategui project, taking the lead of the department after a year of remote control of the project. Full logs practices and standard implementation (new office and ambulatory electric plant and generator, water system, security measures, internet and communication, movements …). Study, implementation and follow-up of new construction/renewal/maintenance of both MSF (1 ambulatory) and MoH (3 ambulatories) wards. Full set-up of the new warehouse and pharmacy. Full supply of the materials for the hospital/clinic/ambulatory wards, MSF office and Expat House. Full recruitment process of the department (1 Log Base, 17 guards, 5 drivers, 2 maintenance agent, 1 supply officer, 1 purchaser, 1 storekeeper) plus forecast for new needs due to the growth of the project and consequent managing of the team and the needed daily workers. Periodic briefing for the whole team (expat and national) following-up security situation, movements and communication procedures. Constant monitoring of the activities to ensure respect of MSF procedures, standard and principles.
