Quality Assurance on Hydroelectric, Geothermal and Thermal power plants:-definition, emission and management of quality documentation to request to the supplier-management of the Non Conformities-management of the internal quality of the projects through the monitoring of the quality KPIs-creation of team’s reporting dashboard on Power BI (quality assurance, expediting & logistics)

In the team we managed the "smart-meter" as physical asset, with aim of ensuring acquisition of measure (for more than 8 Mln meters): faults identification, replacement planning, fraud prevention, validation of measure and notification to retailers for billing.Activities done:-Design and definition of all the KPIs useful for monitoring the processes through the analytics' platform-Monitoring and detection of faults and pain points through ad hoc analysis on the analytics platform-Headed projects concerning fraud prevention and hyperautomation of the validation processes-Participation at the Digital Factory projects in the metering field which required the use of Advanced Analytics techniques

Activities done: -International project: analysis of the smart meters installation impact on gas consumption. -Covid impact on gas consumption assessment, industrial and residential sector. -Creation of a POC, with the design of KPI for consumption monitoring and building performance assessment. -Network analytics and digital factory analytics projects' participation.
