I focus my energy and mind to help clients to uncover resources and develop innovative strategies to reach their objectives. In addition to my coaching experience, I leverage my 15+ years of experience in the MedTech industry covering different roles, including Marketing, Training & Education, and Sales across the EMEA region, US and Canada. In my roles in Marketing and Sales, I was managing, training, and leading teams of specialists, enhancing collaboration, and team dynamics, overcoming customers’ objections, and keep meaningful relationships. Thanks to my background in business administration and adult learning, I bring more than 10 years of experience in leading, mentoring, coaching, and training multicultural and multi-functional groups.I am considered an engaging and dynamic trainer, at ease with both in-person and online delivery. I have designed and facilitated multiple workshops including, but not limited to: vision creation, team formation and dynamics, effective communication (e.g. Feedback and Performance conversations), and sales techniques in international, multi-functional groups of up to 50 participants.I also collaborate with universities across Switzerland to support MBA and Ph.D. Students designing and delivering workshops on team dynamics, career transition, and communication.
