Experience Management Lead - Emea
CurrentLuca Bartolini, leads the Experience Management function for the EMEA Region within BlackRock's Global Marketing - Digital. In this capacity, he is responsible for BlackRock's websites in the region and serves as the go-to digital expert. Luca focuses on regional execution and collaborates on local activations, assisting in the delivery of scalable solutions. His function is responsible for ensuring the successfulimplementation of digital initiatives,maintaining site health, compliance,and driving site performance playing a critical role in executing andimplementing digital strategies at a sitelevel within the region. Luca is also a member of the global Marketing GenAI Working Group and the Working Group aimed at defining the 5-year strategy for iSW to drive the growth of Financial Advisors (IFAs and WM) in EMEA.Prior to this role, Luca worked on the Italian marketing team, where he was responsible for digital and the local digital ecosystem (BlackRock Advisor Elite). In the same period he also led the Digital Workstream of the Continental Europe Marketing within EMEA Marketing and has been a member of the BlackRock Global Marketing Talent Committee in 2021.Before joining BlackRock in 2019, Luca served as the Head of Marketing and Digital Communication at Arca Fondi SGR. Prior to his role at Arca Fondi SGR, he worked as a Senior Consultant at Reply, a leading Italian consultancy firm, primarily focusing on digital projects for clients in the financial industry. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in the Private and Business Clients division.Luca earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan in 2006, and later pursued a post-experience Master's in Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the SDA Bocconi School of Management in 2009.
