The project also involved to design the client innovation strategic plan through the creation of "ANIA Innovation Point" that aims to strengthen the connection between the Association and the Insurtech Innovation Ecosystem;- Analyse the Corporate Strategy for a leading Spanish food corporate through strategic acquisitions of innovative Italian food companies and start-ups in order to renew and innovate the current company brand portfolio and increase its market coverage.I analyse and provide consultancy services to Start-ups:- Business strategy & Business Model Canvas;- Market coverage and Financial analysis;- Start-ups Scouting at main Industry Events.

I provided Data and Market Analysis at Deloitte, in the Strategy & Market Advisory team in Milan. My team and I were responsible for the Market Strategy of the Deloitte North and South Europe, collaborating with the other teams in the UK, Belgium, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Scandinavia, Greece and Malta, supporting the business objectives, budget, market trends opportunities and the brand positioning.My main project tasks related to:- Analyse different Industries and Key Clients, I was in charge of the Transportation, Hospitality and Advance Services Industries, providing Financial and Market analysis to build insights to Deloitte C-levels;- Create of the budget FY20 and the three-years Business Plan FY21-22-23 for Deloitte Italy, Greece and Malta; - Manage Business and Integration Projects in coordination with Deloitte North & South Europe international network.

Internship at the Nolan Norton IT Strategy Management Consultants team of KPMG Advisory in the Consumer & Industrial Market sector, dealing with the strategic processes of the development of innovation technology. During the internship, I have followed the PMO post-merger IT integration between Prysmian Group and General Cables (USA).

In a cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural setting I took part in a one-year Talent programme, with other 25 selected students from all the faculties of the University of Southern Denmark, aiming to learn how to create disruptive and innovative ideas and discover opportunities for solving real-life problems in the field of entrepreneurship and welfare innovation, through the development of start-ups to participate and find possible investors in two Venture Cups Denmark. My team and I developed a food sharing platform which aimed to reduce the loneliness feeling rate that people or new-in-town students could feel when moving in different cities in Denmark. The startup reached the prototype stage, and during this one-year period we have been supported and get access to all the facilities of the SDU Cortex Lab, an innovative and entrepreneurial Incubator and accelerator environment.
