I was responsible for the buy-back and remarketing of vehicle fleets from long-term leases; reconditioning and sales of company cars, fleet cars, press agency cars and event cars in the Italian and foreign markets. My responsibilities included: customer service technical after-sales support; coordination of after-sales technical resources; operational and logistics management of the Saab showroom. I carried out all tests to accomplish the certification for the “Saab Used Car Certification” program in addition to B2B event planning for strategic marketing and product management for corporate sales to many of Italy’s most significant corporations; logistics and distribution for used vehicles; website development for Saab’s e-business and company car site content.
